Strange behaviour F23

Hi guys,

Brand new laptop, fresh installation of fedora23. The installation process goes without any problem at all. Reboot, then update the system. Everything goes well... Then reboot... The system freezes at the booting process with the following message:

Bluetooth: hci0: Setting Intel event mask failed (-16).

Trying the kernel set during installation... same... trying to recover... same, it hangs... The thing gets interested when I insert the installation disk and there is a message saying:

A start job us running for dev-disk-by\x2du...

after that the system enter to the installation script, then I abort the installation without, repeat WITHOUT doing any changes at all. Reboot the system and it works!!!... Shutdown the system and Booting the system guess what? It hangs!!!

Any idea what is going on?

Seems there is a glitch in the 4.3 and 4.4 kernels and the Intel 8260

It hangs on a cold boot, but works fine on a warm reboot.

What happens if you manually enable the bluetooth service in systemd?

as root user:

systemctl enable bluetooth.service

In both case (disable and enable bluetooth) the system hangs

I upgraded my F23 system to kernel 4.5.6 yesterday. If upgrading doesn't work can you disable the bluetooth in the BIOS as a workaround?
